Chattic Tips: Get an Appraisal

A professional appraisal can help you get the best price for your items. You can have a valuation of your items in 24 to 48 hours.

Let's get started!

Step 1: Start by navigating to My Account > Listings.

 

 

Step 2: Scroll to the item you'd like to appraise and click on the Appraise button.

Note: You'll need to have filled out the item's dimensions before you can get an appraisal. If you haven't done this, you'll get a pop-up directing you to add this information.

 

 

Step 3: Select if you'd like a Normal (48 hours) or Express (24 hours) appraisal. Then choose the item's category from the dropdown. Click Confirm to continue.

 

 

Step 4: Fill in your payment info and click on the Pay Now button. You'll receive your appraisal by email within 24 to 48 hours, depending on your selected option.

 

 

Step 5: Once you have your appraisal, you can add it to your listing. From the Edit Listing screen, scroll to the Documents section and add your appraisal. Other Chattic users can see this document on the listing's page.
