This privacy policy describes the privacy practices of Chattic, LLC and our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Chattic”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) with respect to information we collect about you through any of our websites, mobile applications, or any other services or offerings (“Services”). By submitting information through our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We collect information that you provide to us through our Services and information that third parties make available to us about you. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to share through the Services and for your agreements with any third parties that may share information with
us. You agree that we may collect information about your contact data, such as name, address, and phone number; your profile data, such as username, password, picture, and preferences; your demographic data, such as zip code, gender and age; your collectibles data, such as item descriptions and appraisals; your uploads data, such as images and documents; your transaction data, such as payment and shipping; your financial data, such as account numbers and payment card information; your usage data, such as your time and interaction with specific web pages; your marketing data, such as email preferences; and any other data not specifically listed here.

We may automatically collect information about your device, such as browser version and operating system, and about your online activity, such as websites visited and IP location, through automated means such as cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. You are responsible for your browser, mobile device, or other applications that control the settings of these means of automated collection.

If you no longer wish to use the Services, you can delete your profile along with all private data using the Edit Profile functionality.  You can also request that Chattic assist in deleting your account.  We will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but may not be able to fully comply for various reasons, including applicable retention procedures required by law or company policy.

We do not intentionally collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information through the Services.

No Internet, email or other electronic transmission is ever fully secure or error free, so you should take special care in deciding what information you share with us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and for any reason, and all changes will be effective as of the date of update. You are ultimately responsible for consulting this Privacy Policy on a regular basis. Continued use of our Services will indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms of such changes.
